The Andaman Islands are an Indian archipelago in the Bay of Bengal. These roughly 300 islands are known for their palm-lined, white-sand beaches, mangroves and tropical rainforests. Coral reefs supporting marine life such as sharks and rays make for popular diving and snorkeling sites. Indigenous Andaman Islanders inhabit the more remote islands, many of which are off limits to visitors.
Day 1: Arrive Andaman
Arrival at Port Blair in the morning /afternoon by flight and transfer to hotel. Later in the afternoon proceed to the water Sports Complex where you could indulge in some water activities at extra cost like Jet Ski, Banana Boat ride, Speed Boat Ride etc. From here we proceed to Corbyn’s Cove beach, the only beach in city of Port Blair. In the evening proceed to attend the enthralling Sound and Light Show at Cellular Jail – where the heroic saga of the Indian freedom struggle is brought alive.
Day 2: Port Blair – North Bay /Ross Island and Viper Island
Depart at 0900 from Water Sports complex in a boat to see underwater marine life and varieties of corals at North Bay (Snorkeling and Glass Bottom at extra cost.). After North Bay, proceed to Ross Island, the erstwhile capital of Port Blair during the British regime. The island presently houses the ruins of old buildings like Chief Commissioner, House, Government House, Church, Bakery, Press, Swimming Pool, Cemetery, etc. and all in dilapidated condition. After that proceed for a Harbour Cruise which includes a trip to tiny, serene, beautiful island called, "VIPER ISLAND" where the gallows is a sight to watch. Evening is free for shopping.
Day 3: Port Blair – Havelock
Early morning departure (0600 hrs) by ferry from Port Blair to Havelock. The ferry takes 2.5 hrs to reach Havelock. On arrival proceed to your hotel and in the evening proceed to Beach No 7* (Radhanagar Beach) rated as the ‘Best Beach in Asia’ by Time Magazine (N/Ac Car/ Jeep will be provided for pickup and drop, time spent 2-3 hours). Return back to the Hotel to relax and unwind. (Kindly remind hotel to provide packed breakfast at Port Blair since the same is not included at Havelock)
Day 4: Havelock – Port Blair
Morning check out from the hotel and spend some time on the beach. In the evening board the Govt ferry and return back to Port Blair and transfer to hotel in Port Blair. The guest will arrive only in the evening and transfer to the Port Blair Hotel. (Do note that all hotels on Havelock have a early morning check out time and late checkout is provided at the discretion of the hotel management)
Day 5: Port Blair – City Tour and Chidya Tapu
After breakfast, start for a tour of places in & around Port Blair (City Tour) – covering the famous Cellular Jail* (a witness to the freedom struggle), Chatham Saw Mill (one of the oldest & largest in Asia), Forest Museum, Anthropological Museum, Fisheries (Marine) Museum, Naval Marine Museum (Samudrika). At 1530 hrs proceed to Chidyatapu located 30
kms away from Port Blair and also called the Sunset Point of Andaman. Return back to hotel in the evening. In the evening visit the Cottage Industries Emporium (Sagarika) – for shopping & souvenirs.
Day 6: Departure
Depart Port Blair with fond memories of these mesmerizing Islands.
Accommodation in the mentioned or similar hotels.
Daily breakfast in the mentioned hotels.
All transfers and sightseeing by AC Vehicle in Port Blair & Non AC Vehicle in Havelock.
Port Blair – Havelock – Port Blair by Govt Ferry (For Makruzz there will be a supplement of INR 515/- per person per way & for child below 5 years it will be INR 1,000/- per way. Makruzz is operational only on the month of April – May and is subject to weather condition.)

For all the services contracted, certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking, on confirmed basis & the balance amount should be paid before the commencement of the services. Management personnels hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the service. Apart from above in some cases like Special Train Journeys, hotels or resorts bookings during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year), full payment is required to be sent in advance.
Mode of Payment: Overseas advance payment can be made through Wire Transfer to our bank.
Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:
Note: Written cancellation will accept on all working days, except Sunday, Any cancellation sent on Sunday's will be considered on next working day (Monday).
For the X-mas and new year period from 20 Dec to 05 Jan the payment is non-refundable.
In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
Wildlife Safaris cancellation: All the wildlife safaris booked into any of Indian Wildlife National Park/Sanctuaries are non refundable. Even date change request will be considered as cancellation and no payment will be refunded/ adjusted against it.
Our Liabilities & Limitations: Please note that after the finalization of the Tour/ service Cost, if there are any Hike in entrance fees of monuments / museums, Taxes, fuel cost or guide charges – by Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra.

All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of such changes the rates quoted before the modification, can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or airlines. All hotel bookings are based on usual check in and check out time of the hotels until unless indicated in the itinerary.
We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.
We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggages & personal property/s at all times are at the client's risk.
Passports & Visas (This condition is only valid for International Packages)
To travel to India from overseas countries except for the citizen of Nepal & Bhutan, one needs a 06 months valid passport and a valid Visa. And processing of Passport and Visa are not included in the tour cost. Any loss of any documents including Passport during tour will be clients responsibility.
Early Check-in / Late Check -out
Please note that standard check-in / Checkout time in most hotels is 1500 hrs/12 noon Local time. Therefore cost of early check-in or Late check-out is not included in the tour cost. We can always make a request for early check-in or late checkout if required but we do not guarantee that, that entirely depend upon the policy of the hotel, time of the year and availability of the room.
Extra Uses of our Vehicle
Please note that cost of the vehicle (car / coaches with the driver) does not include extra usage of vehicle like after transfer or after sightseeing until or unless it is mentioned in the itinerary.
