Day 1: Arrive Dubai: Dhow Cruise with Dinner
Upon arrival at Dubai Airport, transfer to the hotel. Check-in and relax. Dubai as a city which was formerly a
desert has now become a Paradise for tourists. Dubai is now crowned as the city of the future and once
predicted to be the most luxurious city in the world. Dubai has become one of the world tourist destination.
The most populous city in the United Arab Emirates has many tourist attractions most visited by tourist. In the
evening proceed Dhow cruise. While cruising down the Creek the guests will have the opportunity to enjoy the
view of the old and new Dubai with the tall glass and chrome buildings housed in the business district on one
side and the old architectural beauty of the wind towers and the traditional styled buildings of the old city on
the other side. Soft lilting background music provides the perfect ambience to enjoy the city skyline by the
evening light. A sumptuous buffet dinner will be served on board while cruising. Beverage will be charged as

Day 2: Dubai: City Tour & Desert Safari with BBQ Dinner
After breakfast proceed for a City tour. The tour begins with a panoramic shoot of Burj Al Arab Hotel, the world
tallest hotel set on a manmade island. There after visit some of the city’s most prominent landmarks like the
famous Jumeirah Mosque,World Trade Centre , pass by the impressive palaces of the ruling family of Dubai
and visit the Dubai Museum-housed in the 18th century Al Fahidi Fort which is faithfully restored to its former
glory. Experience the ancient Arabia meticulously recreated in the Bastakia-the oldest part of the city. Then
enjoy a ride across famed Dubai Creek in a local water taxi called “abra“ to visit the aromatic Spice ‘Souq’ a

In the afternoon enjoy the thrill and excitement of driving over sand dunes of varying colours and heights. Stop
to view the magic and full glory of an Arabian Desert sunset and enjoy the serenity and the eternal beauty of
the desert. Ultimately on reaching the unique camp in a traditional Arabian ambience, relax in the tranquillity
and silence of desert, surrounded by majestic sand dunes which seem to glowby the light of the setting sun.
Have an opportunity to ride a camel, smoke some aromatic Shisha (water pipe), sand surf or have a traditional
henna painting done. Or simply watch the eveningmoonlit feast (Arabic BBQ dinner buffet, salads and fruits)
being prepared as the starts light up the desert sky and the tempo of the music increases culminating with the
arrival of a Belly Dancer. Overnight stay in Dubai.
Day 3: Dubai: Burj Khalifa
After breakfast, the morning is at leisure. In the afternoon, proceed to Dubai Mall to get a chance to see a
spectacular view of Dubai city fromthe world famous Burj Khalifa Observatory. Later free time to shop and
enjoy the fountain show at the mall on your own.
The Burj Khalifa skyscraper is a world class destination and the magnificent centerpiece of Downtown Dubai,
Dubai’s new urban masterpiece. At the Top, Burj Khalifa visit begins in the reception area on the lower ground
level of The DubaiMall. Leave the reception area aboard the 65-metre long travelator on a trip that transports
you through time, from the earliest days of Dubai to the present. Pause briefly at a unique viewing point for the
first close up view of the soaring Burj Khalifa, seen through a skylight framing its awe-inspiring height.
Begin the vertical ascent to the observation deck at 124th floor in a high speed elevator, travelling at 10metres
per second. As the doors open, floor to ceiling glass walls provide a breath taking unobstructed 360 degree
view of the city, desert and ocean. The Burj calls itself ‘the world’s only 7-star hotel’ and, whether or not you
agree, it certainly one of the most iconic buildings in Dubai.
Soaring to a height of 321 metres, the Burj is designed to resemble a billowing sail. There are various

For all the services contracted, certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking, on confirmed basis & the balance amount should be paid before the commencement of the services. Management personnels hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the service. Apart from above in some cases like Special Train Journeys, hotels or resorts bookings during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year), full payment is required to be sent in advance.
Mode of Payment: Overseas advance payment can be made through Wire Transfer to our bank.
Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:
Note: Written cancellation will accept on all working days, except Sunday, Any cancellation sent on Sunday's will be considered on next working day (Monday).
For the X-mas and new year period from 20 Dec to 05 Jan the payment is non-refundable.
In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
Wildlife Safaris cancellation: All the wildlife safaris booked into any of Indian Wildlife National Park/Sanctuaries are non refundable. Even date change request will be considered as cancellation and no payment will be refunded/ adjusted against it.
Our Liabilities & Limitations: Please note that after the finalization of the Tour/ service Cost, if there are any Hike in entrance fees of monuments / museums, Taxes, fuel cost or guide charges – by Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra.

All hotel bookings are based on usual check in and check out time of the hotels until unless indicated in the itinerary.
We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.
We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggages & personal property/s at all times are at the client's risk.
Passports & Visas (This condition is only valid for International Packages)
To travel to India from overseas countries except for the citizen of Nepal & Bhutan, one needs a 06 months valid passport and a valid Visa. And processing of Passport and Visa are not included in the tour cost. Any loss of any documents including Passport during tour will be clients responsibility.
Early Check-in / Late Check -out
Please note that standard check-in / Checkout time in most hotels is 1500 hrs/12 noon Local time. Therefore cost of early check-in or Late check-out is not included in the tour cost. We can always make a request for early check-in or late checkout if required but we do not guarantee that, that entirely depend upon the policy of the hotel, time of the year and availability of the room.
Extra Uses of our Vehicle
Please note that cost of the vehicle (car / coaches with the driver) does not include extra usage of vehicle like after transfer or after sightseeing until or unless it is mentioned in the itinerary.
