Day Wise Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive ChiangMai
Upon arrival at Chiang Mai airport you will be transferred to the hotel. Check in and relax. The ‘culture capital’
of Thailand is a charming and laidback 700-year-old town famous for sightseeing, trekking, soft adventure,
shopping, spas and mountain resorts. It’s no wonder Chiang Mai was runner-up favorite city in the 2010 Travel
and leisure readers’ poll. Overnight stay at your hotel in ChiangMai.
Must See:
“If you haven’t seen the view from Doi Suthep, you haven't been to Chiang Mai." This regal mountain overlooks
the city from the northwest, providing commanding views from its summit. Aside from its dominating presence
on the horizon, Doi Suthep is the home of some of the most deeply loved symbols in the Kingdom.
Day 2: Chiang Mai: City Tour & Khantoke Dinner
Today after breakfast, start with a tour of the city. Chiang Mai has become an increasingly modern city and is
attracting visitors from all across the globe. In the city tour visit is made to Wat Suan Dok temple built by King
Kuna, Chiang Man temple, the oldest temple in Chiang Mai, built by King Meng. Drive around the old City to see
the City Moat and Ruined City Gate. Continue to visit the largest central market,Worora Market. In the evening,
enjoy the Khantoke Dinner, which is the traditional northern Thai (Lanna) formof dining. The food is served on
a wooden pedestal tray, called Khantoke. The diners sit on the floor around the Khantoke, supported by
triangular cushions. The dishes are all northern Thai delicacies. While guest enjoy the meal there are usually
performances of traditional northern Thai (Lanna dances and music). Additionally there are also hill tribe
shows. Overnight stay at your hotel in ChiangMai.
Day 3: Chiang Mai: Elephant Riding and Bamboo Rafting
Post breakfast; proceed for the tour of this beautiful place. This trip is good for the one who does not have
enough time to touch the really vast and dense jungle atmosphere which is 56 Km North of Chiang Mai. See
elephant shows, take time for riding on the elephant for 1 hour through the jungle. Continue by Oxcart for 15
mins. Return back to the camp for Lunch, before continuing the trip by Bamboo Rafting along Mae Taeng River.
For 1 hour visit is made to the Orchid Nursery and Butterfly Farm before returning back to Chiang Mai.
Overnight stay at your hotel in Chiang Mai.
Day 4: Chiang Mai: Doi Inthanon
Start the day with breakfast at the hotel, after which you visit the Doi Inthanon, which is Thailand’s highest
mountain (2565 meters above sea level), offers beautiful scenery, evergreen mountain forests, and impressive
waterfalls. On this tour stops are made at the summit, containing the shrine of Chao Inthawitchayanon, the
former prince of Chiang Mai. A short trek along Michael’s Trail offers a beautiful and unforgettable experience.
The next visit is the great twin royal pagodas, which were built for the highness Majesties of the King and the
Queen. The place provides a marvellous view of surrounding. Overnight stay at your hotel in ChiangMai.
Day 5: Chiang Mai - Chiang Rai: Golden Triangle
After breakfast, check out of the hotel. The Golden Triangle is where the borders of three countries Thailand,
Laos, and Myanmar are met; here you get to see the Thailand-Myanmar border and the northernmost point of
Thailand. Drive through scenery from Chiang Mai to Chiang Rai [200 kms. away] by road along picturesque
scenic routes pass the several beautiful northern mountains and valleys via the Hot Spring at Mae Ka Chan
district and Chiang Rai to visit Wat Rong Khun, the unique northern Art temple. Drive on to visit archeological
remains at Chiang Sean city, the first capital city of the northern Thailand. In the afternoon visit the most
famous Golden Triangle, see the panoramic view of Mekong River, Opium Museum and experiences with Boat
trip along the Mae Khong River, make a stop at Don Sao Village, Laos. The trip continues to Mae Sai, the
Thailand-Myanmar border and the northernmost point of Thailand. Enjoy shopping the Myanmar products at
the localmarket before transfer back to Chiang Rai. Overnight stay at your hotel in Chiang Rai.
Day 6: Chiang Rai: City Tour
The quieter neighbor of Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai is a land of outstanding natural beauty, where visitors looking
to avoid the hordes can visit remote hill tribes, spot exotic wildlife, and check out the golden triangle, the
former center of the world’s opium trade. After breakfast, proceed to visit the city tour. Visit the Yao and Akha
Hill tribe villages, Mai Sa. Visit archeological remains at “Chiang Saen” the first capital of Northern Thailand
before returning back to Chiang Rai. Overnight stay at your hotel in Chiang Rai.
Day 7: Depart Chiang Rai
Breakfast and transfer to the airport for your flight to onwards destination or back to India with memories
which will last for a life time.

All correspondence(s) in respect of Tours / Travel Service bookings should be addressed to


For all the services contracted, certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking, on confirmed basis & the balance amount should be paid before the commencement of the services. Management personnels hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the service. Apart from above in some cases like Special Train Journeys, hotels or resorts bookings during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year), full payment is required to be sent in advance.

Mode of Payment: Overseas advance payment can be made through Wire Transfer to our bank.

Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

  • Flight Ticket cost cancellation change will be as per the airline cancellation policy.
  • 40 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour / service cost
  • 15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour / service cost
  • 07 days prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund

Note:  Written cancellation will accept on all working days, except Sunday, Any cancellation sent on Sunday's will be considered on next working day (Monday).

For the X-mas and new year period from 20 Dec to 05 Jan the payment is non-refundable.

In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.

Wildlife Safaris cancellation: All the wildlife safaris booked into any of Indian Wildlife National Park/Sanctuaries are non refundable. Even date change request will be considered as cancellation and no payment will be refunded/ adjusted against it.

Our Liabilities & Limitations: Please note that after the finalization of the Tour/ service Cost, if there are any Hike in entrance fees of monuments / museums, Taxes, fuel cost or guide charges – by Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra. act only in the capacity of agent for the hotels, airlines, transporters, railways & contractors providing other services & all exchange orders, receipts, contracts & tickets issued by us are issued subject to terms & conditions under which these services are provided by them.

All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants' safety, comfort & general well being.

Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of such changes the rates quoted before the modification, can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or airlines. All hotel bookings are based on usual check in and check out time of the hotels until unless indicated in the itinerary.

We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.

We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.

We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggages & personal property/s at all times are at the client's risk.


Passports & Visas (This condition is only valid for International Packages)

To travel to India from overseas countries except for the citizen of Nepal & Bhutan, one needs a 06 months valid passport and a valid Visa. And processing of Passport and Visa are not included in the tour cost. Any loss of any documents including Passport during tour will be clients responsibility.

Early Check-in / Late Check -out

Please note that standard check-in / Checkout time in most hotels is 1500 hrs/12 noon Local time. Therefore cost of early check-in or Late check-out is not included in the tour cost. We can always make a request for early check-in or late checkout if required but we do not guarantee that, that entirely depend upon the policy of the hotel, time of the year and availability of the room.

Extra Uses of our Vehicle

Please note that cost of the vehicle (car / coaches with the driver) does not include extra usage of vehicle like after transfer or after sightseeing until or unless it is mentioned in the itinerary.
