DAY 01: Arrive Amritsar
Arrive Amritsar on own and Proceed to your hotel. Rest of the day free for leisure. Overnight at hotel in Amritsar.
DAY 02: In Amritsar – Local Sightseeing
After breakfast, proceed for half day sightseeing of Amritsar. Visit Jalianwala Bagh, Golden Temple, Maharaja Ranjit Singh Museum, ISKCON temple. Afternoon proceed to Wagha Border. The international borderline between India and Pakistan, Wagah is always been in the news headlines of both countries. Situated in between Lahore and Amritsar, evenings in this army outpost is very charming and colourful with the "Beating the Retreat" ceremony. The pageantry and pomp, and the change of guard within a short expanse make an appealing spectacle, which grabs large gathering. The most important segment of the ceremonial parade is the bringing down of the respective flags of both countries. Tourists and the locals throng near the border to witness the ceremonial parade of the Soldiers of the two countries. When the sun sets in the horizon, the soldiers take their departure amidst the beatings of the drums and beguiles. The entire ceremony nearly takes thirty minutes. DAY 03: Amritsar to Dalhousie (144 kms / approx 4 hrs)
After breakfast drive to Dalhousie. Upon arrival check in at a hotel. Rest of the day free for leisure activities. visit Mall road. Overnight at hotel in Dalhousie.
DAY 04: Visit Khajjiar (20 kms one way / appprox 40 mis)
After breakfast, we visit Panjpulla, Subash Bowli, and Stature Falls. Then we will take you to Khajjiar also known as mini Switzerland of Himachal Pradesh. Overnight at hotel in Dalhousie.
DAY 05: Dalhousie to Dharamshala ( 121 kms / approx 4 hrs)
After breakfast drive to Dharamshala. drive towards Dharamshala, check in at a hotel for dinner and overnight stay. Evening is free for leisure activities.
DAY 06: In Dharamshala – Local Sightseeing
After breakfast we visit the Norbulinga Institute of Tibetan Culture that was founded by the Department of Religion and Culture to preserve Tibetan culture and visit Chinmaya Tapovan that was established by Swami Chimayanand. There is also a 9m tall Lord Hanuman image
and Ram Temple. Evening is free to visit the market at Mcleodganj also known as little Lhasa. Mcleodganj is the residence of His Holiness the Dalai Lama. Overnight at hotel in Dharamshala.
DAY 07: Dharamshala to Manali (290 kms / approx 7 hrs)
After breakfast drive to Manali. En route we visit Bir Monastery where we can visit the Tibetan carpet-weaving factory and Upon arrival check in at a hotel for rest. Evening is free to visit Manali Market. Overnight at hotel in Manali.
DAY 08: In Manali – Local Sightseeing
After breakfast, visit the famous Hadimba temple – a famous woodwork in Pagoda style architecture. Explore the Nagar castle and Roerich Art Gallery – dedicated to the celebrated Russian painter Nicholas Roerich who married the Indian cine idol - Devika Rani, and lived there. Visit Vashist famous for its hot water springs. Overnight at hotel in Manali.
DAY 09: In Manali – Excursion to Snow Point on Rohtang Road
Full day excursion tour for Rohantang pass with Solang Valley. (Approx. 50 kms / 2 hrs). Enjoy in Snow. Overnight at hotel in Manali.
DAY 10: Manali to Shimla (248 kms / approx 8 hrs)
After breakfast, Proceed for Journey to Shimla. Upon arrival transfer to the hotel in Shimla. Rest of the day free for leisure. Overnight at hotel in Shimla.
DAY 11: In Shimla – Local Sightseeing
After breakfast, visit Jakhu temple. Located at the town’s highest point, the temple is dedicated to Lord Hanuman. Visit Naldehra - 18km from Shimla. It has a nine-hole golf course designed by the British Viceroy Lord Curzon. After visiting Naldehra, we take you to Kufri, which is famous for the panoramic view it offers and for its ski slopes. We return to Shimla’s hotel for rest. Overnight at hotel in Shimla.
DAY 12: Shimla to Chandigarh (90 kms / approx 3 hrs)
After breakfast drive to Chandigarh. On arrival check into your hotel. Visit Rock Garden. Evening is free for leisure activities. Overnight at hotel in Chandigarh.
DAY 13: Departure
After breakfast leave for Delhi railway station / Delhi airport for onward journey.
Accommodation on Twin sharing basis.

For all the services contracted, certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking, on confirmed basis & the balance amount should be paid before the commencement of the services. Management personnels hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the service. Apart from above in some cases like Special Train Journeys, hotels or resorts bookings during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year), full payment is required to be sent in advance.

Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:
Note: Written cancellation will accept on all working days, except Sunday, Any cancellation sent on Sunday's will be considered on next working day (Monday).
For the X-mas and new year period from 20 Dec to 05 Jan the payment is non-refundable.
In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
Wildlife Safaris cancellation: All the wildlife safaris booked into any of Indian Wildlife National Park/Sanctuaries are non refundable. Even date change request will be considered as cancellation and no payment will be refunded/ adjusted against it.
Our Liabilities & Limitations: Please note that after the finalization of the Tour/ service Cost, if there are any Hike in entrance fees of monuments / museums, Taxes, fuel cost or guide charges – by Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra.

We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.
We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggages & personal property/s at all times are at the client's risk.
Passports & Visas (This condition is only valid for International Packages)
To travel to India from overseas countries except for the citizen of Nepal & Bhutan, one needs a 06 months valid passport and a valid Visa. And processing of Passport and Visa are not included in the tour cost. Any loss of any documents including Passport during tour will be clients responsibility.
Early Check-in / Late Check -out
Please note that standard check-in / Checkout time in most hotels is 1500 hrs/12 noon Local time. Therefore cost of early check-in or Late check-out is not included in the tour cost. We can always make a request for early check-in or late checkout if required but we do not guarantee that, that entirely depend upon the policy of the hotel, time of the year and availability of the room.
Extra Uses of our Vehicle
Please note that cost of the vehicle (car / coaches with the driver) does not include extra usage of vehicle like after transfer or after sightseeing until or unless it is mentioned in the itinerary.
