Day 1:Moscow Arrival

After breakfast at hotel proceed on an excursion of the city with stops at the most famous sights: Poklonnaya
Hill, New Maiden Convent, Vorobievy Hills. Drive by Tverskaya Street, Manezhnaya square, Ohotny Riad,
Bolshoy theatre, Lubianka square, Savior Cathedral, the Kremlin and Kropotkinskaya embankments etc (no
entrances). Thereafter walk on Red square and along Old Arbat street and also take the Metro (subway) tour.
Overnight in Moscow
After breakfast at hotel take an excursion to the Kremlin: the heart of Moscow. Visit the cathedrals. The
Kremlin has always been the centre of political life. The tsars’ coronation ceremony took place in one of the
cathedrals. All tsars before Peter the Great are buried there. Overnight inMoscow
Day 4:Moscow – St. Petersburg
Post breakfast at hotel, you will be transferred to the airport or railway station. Take flight or day train to St.
Petersburg. On arrival in St. Petersburg, transfer to your hotel on private basis. Overnight in St. Petersburg
Day 5: St. Petersburg
After breakfast proceed on the sightseeing tour of the city with stops at the mostly famous sights: spit of the
Basil Island, St. Isaac's Cathedral, Palace Square, Сhurch of the Saviour on the Spilled Blood, the Aurora, and
other. Drive by Nevsky prospect, the Neva embankments. (No entrances)
Today afternoon take an excursion to the world's famous art museum Hermitage. Founded by Catherine the
Great the museum occupies 5 buildings and has among the other a famous collection of Western-European Art
that includes paintings by Leonardo da Vinci, Raphael, Rembrandt, Caravaggio, Rubens, Van Dyke, French
Impressionists.Winter Palace is a part of the Hermitage. Overnight in St. Petersburg
Day 6: St. Petersburg
After breakfast proceed to Pushkin to visit Catherine's Palace with the famous Amber Room. Catherine’s
Palace was founded in 1718 as a summer residence of Russian empresses. It was reconstructed several times in
the XVIII-XIX centuries and now we can see interiors in baroque, classical and rococo styles. During the World
War II the palace was occupied and very badly damaged. Some rooms were restored quite recently. Among
them is the famous Amber Room. Overnight in St. Petersburg
Day 7: St. Petersburg
Post breakfast transfer to the airport on private basis to take the flight back home.

For all the services contracted, certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking, on confirmed basis & the balance amount should be paid before the commencement of the services. Management personnels hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the service. Apart from above in some cases like Special Train Journeys, hotels or resorts bookings during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year), full payment is required to be sent in advance.

Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:
Note: Written cancellation will accept on all working days, except Sunday, Any cancellation sent on Sunday's will be considered on next working day (Monday).
For the X-mas and new year period from 20 Dec to 05 Jan the payment is non-refundable.
In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
Wildlife Safaris cancellation: All the wildlife safaris booked into any of Indian Wildlife National Park/Sanctuaries are non refundable. Even date change request will be considered as cancellation and no payment will be refunded/ adjusted against it.
Our Liabilities & Limitations: Please note that after the finalization of the Tour/ service Cost, if there are any Hike in entrance fees of monuments / museums, Taxes, fuel cost or guide charges – by Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra.

All hotel bookings are based on usual check in and check out time of the hotels until unless indicated in the itinerary.
We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.
We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggages & personal property/s at all times are at the client's risk.
Passports & Visas (This condition is only valid for International Packages)
To travel to India from overseas countries except for the citizen of Nepal & Bhutan, one needs a 06 months valid passport and a valid Visa. And processing of Passport and Visa are not included in the tour cost. Any loss of any documents including Passport during tour will be clients responsibility.
Early Check-in / Late Check -out
Please note that standard check-in / Checkout time in most hotels is 1500 hrs/12 noon Local time. Therefore cost of early check-in or Late check-out is not included in the tour cost. We can always make a request for early check-in or late checkout if required but we do not guarantee that, that entirely depend upon the policy of the hotel, time of the year and availability of the room.
Extra Uses of our Vehicle
Please note that cost of the vehicle (car / coaches with the driver) does not include extra usage of vehicle like after transfer or after sightseeing until or unless it is mentioned in the itinerary.
